Editing and Optimisation

I’ll edit and review your technical document to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations or standards. We both also want to ensure that the document is consistent in tone and style and meets your specific requirements.

Discovery Phase

I start by getting to know your business and your technical writing needs. I’ll work with you to identify your target audience, project goals, and any specific requirements or regulations that apply. Getting to know your engineers or Subject Matter Experts (SME) tends to be crucial at this stage.

Content Creation

Using your SME’s technical expertise and my writing skills, we'll create a technical document in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand format, using plain language and eliminate jargon to ensure maximum clarity.

Delivery

I'll deliver your technical document to you in a format that's easy to distribute to your intended audience. I’ll also create, using special software an interactive PDF should you need one. Otherwise I’ll make sure the format can be uploaded to your personal platform if this is the requirement.
